6 years from workers, apprentices, technicians to engineers and part-time teachers in vocational schools (teaching two courses at the same time: Mechanical Drawing and Mold and Fixture Design);

 From the group leader, supervisor, manager, salesman, to starting from scratch, three companies have been established successively;

From mechanical and electrical product design and manufacturing of large state-owned enterprises to precision hardware design and manufacturing of foreign enterprises, it has been a self founded enterprise for 22 years;

From more than 20 factory technological innovations to more than 20 national patents;

From individual and general taxpayer companies to national high-tech enterprises;

Do what you do and love what you do, learn, think, understand and practice deeply;

Forty years of precipitation, the higher the deposit, the more accumulated;

After 40 years of hard work, we are well aware of the depth, difficulties and heavy responsibilities of the manufacturing industry;

Forty years of wind and rain, both full of the hardships of struggle, but also gradually enjoy the joy of struggle;

Over the past 40 years, we have not only accumulated knowledge and experience, but also enriched our thoughts and insights, and laid a solid foundation for our ideas and creeds;

For 40 years, I like to ponder and study, especially difficult problems; Technical appreciation and picky things, often think more about products than people; Know well: a good product is made, but also designed.

The [two tenets] that we rely on for survival and development:

Craftsman spirit and noble quality are our eternal insistence.

Customer first, integrity and management, is our eternal blood and habits.

Decades of work and life experience have made me feel that I am suitable for manufacturing, and I deeply love manufacturing, and I will not change my mind.

Although I am a businessman, I think I am more a technician or entrepreneur than a businessman.
