The electronic case and cabinet are very common for the data room. It has developed from the whole panel structure to the plug-in box and plug-in structure with a certain size series. The assembly and arrangement of plug boxes and plug-ins can be divided into horizontal arrangement and vertical arrangement. Many expensive and important equipment are generally placed in the electronic chassis and cabinet, and in many cases, power failure is eliminated. Therefore, a reasonable power distribution system of the cabinet is a key link for the cabinet to play its due role, and also directly related to the availability and security of the entire IT system.
The increasing miniaturization of IT equipment and the increasing density of equipment installation in electronic chassis and cabinet pose a severe challenge to the internal power distribution system. At the same time, the increase of input and output ports also requires high reliability of power distribution system installation. Considering the current demand of dual power supply for most servers, the power distribution in the electronic cabinet is more and more complicated. So, how should electronic chassis and cabinets cope with the rise of power density?
1、 The design of the power distribution system of the electronic cabinet shall follow the principle of taking reliability design as the core, designing specifically for the product system, fully coordinating and seamlessly cooperating with the power distribution system, and taking into account the convenience of installation, operation and maintenance.
2、 The power supply system shall be arranged so that the power supply is closer to the load and the power distribution management is included in the overall intelligent management system of the computer room.
